Every decision leaves a record.
The log records who decided, when and on which evidence, and it exports for audit. A signal under review cannot be grounds for a decision until the review closes.
The AI does not reject or rank candidates and does not read emotions. Article 5 of the EU AI Act has banned emotion recognition at work since February 2025.
