Hidden windows
Windows hidden from screen capture during the session. Overlay assistants work exactly this way: they draw prompts on screen and screen sharing does not show them.
Recording tools and some wallpaper apps do the same.
AI copilot processes
Whether a process from the known interview-copilot list was running.
A code assistant inside an editor is a different signature. The list is published.
Virtual camera or audio
Video or audio arriving from a virtual device, including deepfake pipelines.
OBS for a streamer, noise suppression drivers.
Second monitor
The fact that a second display was connected, and for how long. Never its contents.
Most developers work on two screens. Written as a note.
Liveness
One unobtrusive check at the start that a live person is on camera: lighting consistency, natural movement, response to the prompt.
Not face recognition, not an ID check, and never repeated mid-interview.
Answer timing is used only as context for a system signal. It never produces a signal by itself. Voice, gaze, posture and facial expression are not analysed.
Never collected.
These stay outside the product in every version. Emotion recognition at work is prohibited in the EU under Article 5 of the AI Act.
No live warnings during the interview.
Nothing appears on either screen during the conversation. The report is generated when the session ends.
A signal is not proof of cheating.
A virtual camera belongs to a streamer, a second monitor to a developer. Each line carries its harmless causes.
Any line in the report can be disputed.
Each dispute is reviewed by a person at Vettasy. While it is open, the line cannot be grounds for rejection.
Both sides are checked.
