Where invitations come from

Invitations are sent from the employer's own systems, so they arrive from a domain the candidate can trust:

• Applicant tracking: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Teamtailor and Personio.
• Calendars and scheduling: Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 and Calendly, with notifications to Slack.

A personal link to vettasy.com, with the candidate's invitation code, is generated automatically for each interview, from the role's plan.

What the recruiter sees

The recruiter follows each candidate's status through to completion, including whether the camera and microphone check is done, so a technical problem is caught before the interview rather than in its first minutes.

Why the invitation matters

The channel is part of the trust design. Because the invitation comes from the employer's own verified domain and names the interviewer, and the same interviewer and the verified mark appear in the app during the call, the candidate can confirm who is on the other side before joining. An interview that starts from a verified employer, delivered through the employer's own ATS or calendar, is much harder to fake than a link from a stranger. See both sides verified.

What stays the same for the candidate

Whatever tool the invitation came from, the candidate's experience is the same: a personal page that shows the company with its verification mark, the interviewer and the date; an app with no account; a camera and microphone check; and two consents before anything starts. The integration changes how the invitation is sent and tracked, not what the candidate goes through.
