What you keep after a Vettasy interview

A candidate does not leave a Vettasy interview empty-handed. Right after the call the app shows the recording, the transcript and the session report, with a download button and a link by email within an hour, valid for the whole retention period. Written feedback follows within five business days, and any line can be disputed within 14 days.

Most interviews leave the candidate with nothing: no recording, no notes, no report, often no reply. A Vettasy interview is the opposite. The candidate keeps the same material the employer holds. This is what you leave with and how long you have it.

Right after the call

As soon as the interview ends, the app shows three things:

• The recording of the interview.
• The transcript.
• The session report, the same one the employer sees.

There is a download button in the app, and a link arrives by email within an hour of the interview. The consent record is kept too, for as long as the recording. The material is available for the whole retention period the employer set for the role, from 7 to 90 days.

The same report as the employer

The session report you get is not a summary written for you. It is the same file the employer receives, with the five signal lines and their harmless explanations. Both sides hold the identical report, which is what lets you check it rather than take the employer's word for it.

Feedback, and the right to dispute

Within five business days, you receive written feedback. And any line in the session report can be disputed within 14 days, reviewed by a person at Vettasy.

Deletion is yours too

Keeping a copy does not mean the data lives forever. You can request deletion at privacy@vettasy.com, carried out within 30 days, backups included, unless a dispute is open. What you keep, you also control.

Why symmetry

An interview is one event seen by two sides. When only the employer keeps the record, the candidate has to trust a version they cannot see. When both sides keep the same recording, transcript and report, neither has to take the other's word for anything. That is the point of leaving with a copy: not a courtesy, but the basis of a fair process.
